To get the most from our work together in your executive mentoring / coaching program you need to be willing to put in the work: arrive at our meetings in time, be fully present (no multitasking, no interruptions, no distractions during the session), do the self-reflection exercises in-between sessions and so on. Finding a suitable time for your 1-1 sessions is a top priority during your onboarding process. By the end of the onboarding you should know exactly when all your 1-1 executive mentoring / coaching session will take place.
You can cancel / reschedule maximum twice during a SOLUTION program (6 sessions) and maximum three times during a DEVELOPMENT program (12 sessions). Cancellation / rescheduling shouldn’t happen less than 24 hours before the session; if the session is cancelled less than 24 hours before its time, the session is considered delivered and it will be withdrawn from your paid package.
Absolutely, you will have access to all our mentoring print and downloadable materials for the rest of your life.
Yes, if you need one. A successful graduation certificate can be issued to you when you have attended all the executive mentoring / coaching sessions with Cristina.
No. The executive mentoring / coaching program is not refundable.
We do provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, following an exit interview, we agree that the executive mentoring / coaching program was not the right option for you, we offer you access to other services in the remaining value of your unused mentoring / coaching sessions.
