Finding a suitable time for your 1-1 sessions is a top priority during your onboarding process. By the end of the onboarding you should know exactly when all your 1-1 executive mentoring / coaching session will take place.
You can cancel / reschedule maximum twice during a SOLUTION program (6 sessions) and maximum three times during a DEVELOPMENT program (12 sessions). Cancellation / rescheduling shouldn’t happen less than 24 hours before the session; if the session is cancelled less than 24 hours before its time, the session is considered delivered and it will be withdrawn from your paid package.
