LOGISTICS

Here is what you need to know about this masterclass:

1. The class is limited to 24 participants.
2. It takes place on Zoom. You’ll need the app installed on your computer. Using Zoom on your mobile phone will significantly diminish your learning and thinking experience.
3. The masterclass is 4 hours long, with two 15-minute breaks.
4. The session will be recorded.
5. You’ll have access to the video and audio recording afterwards.
6. Your full mental and emotional presence is required. Cameras must be on the entire time, with no interruptions or multitasking. This is an investment in yourself - respect your time. 

PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY

We understand the importance of psychological safety during a job search, especially for women. To protect your well-being, we have implemented the following measures:

1. We accept only one participant from each organization per public masterclass. If more women apply from the same company, we will discuss this with the first person registered.
2. We aim to bring together women with similar levels of seniority and strategic maturity.
3. We begin the masterclass by establishing rules of psychological safety, which we will observe throughout the event.
4. While the event is recorded for your future reference, no recordings will be shared outside the masterclass group without your consent.
