In January we are conducting a 5-day career management challenge for women leaders working in corporate organizations in Europe.

The purpose of this challenge is to find the answer to the question that might be bugging you as you start the new year: SHOULD I STAY OR SHOULD I GO?

In five days – From Monday, January 16^th, to Friday, January 20^th – Cristina, our funder and CEO will guide you through a meticulous process of self-reflection, inspiration, decision-making, and career acceleration that will help you unveil the right next step for you in your career and life.

2. The workshops are conducted via Zoom in a meeting set-up: we will work with all participants’ cameras on.
3. The workshops are recorded. Even so, to enter the final challenge prize we encourage you to participate live 100% in all 5 virtual workshops.
4. In-between workshops you will receive some gentle nudges for “homework.” When you do your homework you gain clarity on your next career step, and when you file your homework, you RECEIVE PERSONAL FEEDBACK FROM CRISTINA and YOU ENTER THE COMPETITION FOR THE FINAL CHALLENGE PRIZE.

LOGISTICS:

1. The VORNICA® CHALLENGE is conducted live, synchronously, via Zoom. We encourage you to have Zoom installed on your desktop when you join the workshops – logging in from a mobile is not really effective for your self-reflective process.
2. Once you register below, you will receive invitations to the challenge straight into your calendar. We encourage you to accept them, so we know you will attend the workshops.
3. Come ready to work with your camera turned on for the whole duration of the 5 workshops. Your visibility is important for your self-confidence and strategic networking opportunities.
