Ruxandra describes herself as "a human being of few words, thinking in bullet points and pursuing a journey of meaningful touchpoints".
Her career started as a journalist; between 2000 and 2002 she worked for TVR Romania, then she moved to Prima TV where she worked as a reporter until 2005.
Afterwards Ruxandra turned to PR and crisis communication for about 13 years, working for 2ActivePR and Grayling.
She enrolled in an entrepreneurial EMBA with the intention of changing her frame of reference. Later on she trained as a systemic team coach "trying to serve the entire organization, not only top management teams."
The outcome of her entrepreneurial EMBA was the creation of the CoRD.ai - an AI system that coaches teams in their workflow and reveals how the company is running the business by analyzing how the team members are running their meetings.
Ruxandra's AI-powered service keeps employees engaged and the meetings shorter and more action-oriented.
Currently Ruxandra is learning to see the world in fractals. "The magic lies in recognizing patterns and changing them if possible," she says.
