LOGISTICS

1. The virtual open house meet-up takes place on Zoom. You’ll need the app installed on your computer. Using Zoom on your mobile phone will significantly diminish your participation experience.
2. The session will be recorded. You’ll have access to the video and audio recording afterwards.
3. Your full mental and emotional presence is required. We invite you to have your camera on the entire time and avoid interruptions or multitasking. This is an investment in yourself—respect your time. 

PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY

We understand the importance of psychological safety for women. To protect your well-being, we implement the following measures:

1. We aim to bring together women with similar levels of seniority and strategic maturity.
2. We begin the event by establishing rules of psychological safety, which we will observe throughout the event.
3. While the event is recorded for your future reference, no recordings will be shared outside the group without your consent.
