Mariana and Ivan's story is fascinating. After immigrating from Serbia to the USA during the Balkan Wars they joined Loutech, an established leading provider of precision machined parts for the aerospace, defense, and medical defense markets founded in 1987 by Ivan's father. Ivan became the CEO, while Mariana joined the company as the CCO - Chief Culture Office, which included the role of CHRO.

Their journey through top leadership was guided by their passion for systemic constellations, which brought them both a new perspective on their relationship and on their future.
