HOW OUR RETAINER WORKS?

Our executive coaching and mentoring leadership development retainer:

Is made of 12 90-minute individual VIP executive coaching, mentoring, and leadership development sessions that you can access every month for the duration of one year;
Is virtual, running on Zoom;
The sessions can be recorded for your ulterior self-reflection and benefit;
Is provided for a minimum of one year, with possibility of prolongation for another year.

In 2018 Cristina published You, the Brand – Personal Branding for Career Growth, a book she wrote in Czech, her fourt language.

A relentless innovator, Cristina and her team organized Personal Branding Summit 2019, the first ever fully digital conference in the Czech Republic, which took place five months before the Covid pandemic.

Cristina is an accomplished professional mentor; she regularly volunteers for numerous local and international women empowerment organizations: Business and Professional Women Czech Republic, Equilibrium, My Odyssey, Agender, (Czechia), Femme Palette, Polaris and EMCC (regional and global organizations).

DO YOU ACCEPT MEN LEADERS IN THIS PROGRAM, TOO?

We focus primarily on developing women leaders, so we fulfill our mission of tripling the number of women CEOs in Europe by 2030. We also honor co-creation and the fact that the best teams are diverse. Therefore yes, we do accept men who are part of executive teams on our leadership development retainers.

HOW LONG IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK MY 1-1 VIP EXECUTIVE COACHING AND MENTORING SESSIONS / WORKSHOPS?

Because of time limits we recommend our clients to book their 1-1 90-minute VIP workshops a minimum of 30 days in advance.

WHAT IF AN EMERGENCY ARISES AND I NEED THE WORKSHOP BY TOMORROW?

In case of emergency, which can happen, we do our best to accommodate our clients without imposing an extra-fee. Yet, this is possible only once during the 12-month duration of our retainer. If emergencies arise regularly, we agree on an extra-charge for last-minute reservations.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY WORKSHOP LAST MINUTE?

Individual VIP workshops need to be postponed / cancelled a minimum of 7 days prior to their agreed date. If a last-minute (less than 7 days) postponement / cancellation occurs, we accommodate one such request throughout our program. If more than one last-minute cancellation occurs during the program, we consider the workshop as executed and we write it off from the overall duration of our retainer.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL THE RETAINER BEFORE 12 MONTHS?

Our retainer is provided for a fixed period of 12 months. Should you need to cancel the retainer before its fulfillment, revert to your contractual agreement and contact Cristina directly at cristina.muntean@vornica.com to find a mutually amiable solution to your premature contract termination.
