Finding a good time for your 1-1 session with Cristina is a priority during your course onboarding process. By the end of the onboarding you should know exactly when your 1-1 executive mentoring / coaching session will take place.
You can cancel / reschedule your 1-1 session only once during the program. This shouldn’t happen less than 24 hours before the session; if the session is cancelled less than 24 hours before its time, the session is considered delivered and no rescheduling is possible at a later date.
No. The 1-1 executive mentoring / coaching with Cristina is only available during the online development program.
Absolutely. A successful graduation certificate is issued to you when you finish all your self-paced learning as tracked by our system, and when you have attended more than 80% of the live strategy calls with Cristina.

The calls are recorded, so you can always watch them in your own time. At the same time we encourage you to make them a priority in your calendar, because you learn and progress the most when we work together as a group. As well, we issue a graduation certificate only to participants who attended more than 80% of the strategy calls live.
