Finding a good time for your 1-1 session with Cristina is a top priority during your course onboarding process. By the end of the onboarding, you should know exactly when your 1-1 executive mentoring / coaching session will take place.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL / RESCHEDULE MY 1-1 SESSION WITH CRISTINA?

You can cancel / reschedule your 1-1 session only once during the program. This shouldn’t happen less than 24 hours before the session; if the session is cancelled less than 24 hours before, the session is considered delivered and no rescheduling is possible later on. 

CAN I TAKE MY 1-1 SESSION AFTER THE END OF THE COURSE?

No. The 1-1 executive mentoring / coaching with Cristina is only available during the online development program.

WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO THE COURSE MATERIALS AFTER THE COURSE?

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN’T ATTEND THE STRATEGY CALLS

The strategy calls with Cristina are being recorded, so you can always watch them on your own time. As well, we issue a graduation certificate only to participants who attended more than 80% of the strategy calls live.

CAN I CONNECT FROM A MOBILE PHONE?

You can, but we recommend you do that only in case of an emergency. Finding a good spot for yourself where you have stable Internet connection and no disturbances is vital for your focus and growth. This is why we recommend connecting to Zoom from a laptop or desktop.

MY CORPORATE LAPTOP DOESN’T ALLOW ACCESS TO ZOOM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
