  1. The programs include a minimum of 3 days working together in-person. 
  2. The location: it needs to be outside of your traditional office, ideally in nature, in a nice, creativity inducing environment. 
  3. The location can be in your country. The location should be within driving distance from an international airport.  
  4. We also offer tailor-made team offsites and retreats on the beautiful island of Madeira, in Portugal.

Each program price is tailor-made.

Your final investment will depend on:

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE COST OF AN OFFSITE / TEAM RETREAT PER PERSON AND IN TOTAL?

In general the cost per person of a PACT IN-PERSON team offsite / retreat may vary between 2 000 and 5 000 EUR / person and beyond function of the team’s specific needs and requirements. For a team of 10 people this makes for a budget of 20 000 EUR to 50 000 EUR and beyond. 

WHAT COSTS ARE COVERED BY THE ORGANIZATION?

Our team VORNICA® is ready and happy to help you with organizing your next team offsite / retreat, particularly in the case of those happening in Madeira, Portugal. However, this is also something you can arrange in-house. In this case the cost you will cover for the VORNICA® program facilitator team is the training fee, accommodation, and full transport to / from location.   

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT TAKE PLACE?

The PACT IN-PERSON team offsite / retreat payment is conducted in a full one-off installment executed prior to the start of the program. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE NEED TO CANCEL / RESCHEDULE OUR OFFSITE / RETREAT?

Because of the major logistical efforts involved in providing you with professional tailor-made in-person team development, you can reschedule your team offsite / retreat only once, with a minimum of 90 days advance notice prior to the event. If the offsite / retreat is cancelled less than 90 days before its execution, the retreat is considered executed and the advance payment cannot be refunded. 

IS PACT SUITABLE FOR EXECUTIVE TEAMS AS WELL?

Yes, absolutely. Given the fact that executive teams are very specific and high demanding, we recommend you to book a minimum of a 60-minute call so we can discuss your executive team’s needs at length.
