Cristina is a certified and multiply accredited professional team coach. She studied general team coaching with David Clutterbuck and Peter Hawkins, and she graduated in systemic team coaching with Peter Hawkins from the Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI) in December 2022.
Cristina is also a complex people developer with more than 13 years of experience training, mentoring, and coaching some of the most visible leaders and their teams in TOP 100 companies in Europe. She is also the founder of our company, VORNICA®, a fully remote organization, and the founder of THE CEO ELEVATION CIRCLE, a community of women leaders working in corporate organizations in Europe who aim to grow in their careers.
Cristina started developing the VORNICA® body of knowledge in distributed remote and hybrid leadership for teams in 2016, when she was consulting for Foxconn Global Services Division (FGSD), a branch of Foxconn, the largest technology manufacturer in the world.

In general the cost of a PACT retreat per person may vary between 3 000 and 5 000 EUR / person, function of the team specific requirements. For a team of 10 people this takes the budget to 30 000 EUR to 50 000 EUR and beyond.
The PACT team retreat payment is taking place in two phases: a 80% full cost advance payment upon agreement and prior to the team retreat, and 20% remaining cost within 15 days after the retreat execution.
Because of the major logistical effort involved at creating the retreat for you, you can reschedule the retreat only once, with a minimum of 30 days prior to the retreat. If the retreat is cancelled less than 30 days before its execution, the retreat is considered executed and the advance payment cannot be refunded.
Yes, absolutely. However, given the fact that executive teams are very specific, we recommend you to book a minimum 60-minute call so we can discuss your needs at length. In some cases it may be necessary to upgrade the location of our retreat to accommodate your specific desires.
To get the most from this retreat we recommend the team to engage in the pre-retreat reflective activities, to go through all materials we will put at their disposal, and to come ready for full engagement. Your team’s proactivity will determine your success – and, ultimately, your destiny.
Finding a good time for the three 60-minute individual executive mentoring sessions with Cristina is a top priority during your retreat onboarding process. By the end of the onboarding, you should know exactly when your 1-1 executive mentoring / coaching sessions will take place.
