We ACCELERATE WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP AND CAREER ADVANCEMENT in several ways.

First, we support current and emerging women leaders with our signature INDIVIDUAL EXECUTIVE MENTORING AND COACHING program NEVER WALK ALONE. This is a program that solves individual leadership and career advancement challenges. It provides the necessary support for every woman to ADVANCE and to THRIVE in her leadership role.  

Second, we BOOST WOMEN’S SELF-CONFIDENCE IN REMOTE AND HYBRID LEADERSHIP with our signature online  course PEARL: PRESENT, EFFECTIVE, AUTHENTIC REMOTE LEADERSHIP. In this foundational course we put women leaders’ self-confidence in leadership a remote and hybrid environment on steroids and WE SKYROCKET WOMEN’S REMOTE AND HYBRID LEADERSHIP SKILLS that are so vital for our times and for career advancement and sustainable leadership.

Third, we support women-led teams. We do this in person through our SIGNATURE PERFORMANCE ACCELERATION RETREATS FOR WOMEN-LED TEAMS PACT: PRODUCTIVE, ALIGNED, CO-CREATIVE TEAMS, and open group CAREER AND LEADERSHIP ACCELERATION RETREATS.

Last but not least, we invite our women leaders in the VORNICA COMMUNITY, which we lead virtually.

Through training, mentoring, coaching, facilitation of regular meetings, interviews with successful women leaders and experts, panel discussions and other forms of community-driven wisdom and experience exchange WE NURTURE INNOVATION AND TRANSFORMATION.

We nudge the generation of new perspectives relentlessly and WE ENCOURAGE WOMEN TO TAKE BOLD MOVES IN LEADERSHIP that will elevate them and everyone around them.
