The road to the top is filled with traps, from the university you study to the partner you marry and to your capacity of making the right decisions at the right time. That’s why, even though roughly 60% of university graduates in Europe are women, only less than 10% end up in the CEO role.

• In 2020, women's gross hourly earnings across the EU were on average 13.0 % below those of men.
• In 2020, the highest gender pay gap in the EU was recorded in Latvia (22.3 %) and the lowest in Luxembourg (0.7 %).
• In Europe, about 91 % of women with children spend at least one hour per day on housework, compared with only 30 % of men with children.
• The latest available data shows that employed women spend about 2.3 hours daily on housework; for employed men, this figure is 1.6 hours.
• If nothing changes, it will take us 130 years to reach salary parity between women and men.

Now, who is crazy enough to wait 130 years for us, women, our daughters and our granddaughters to enjoy a better, fairer world?!

This is why we need to act now and we need to act fast by making our voices heard from a place of visibility, power, and influence.

• Lack of women CEOs as role models open and accessible for a real heart-to-heart conversation
• Lack of a community to validate your ambition and to root for your success.
